Before earning her real estate license, Celeste spent 7 years as the Market Center Administrator (MCA) for a high-performing Keller Williams office, where she managed operations, finances, compliance, and agent support. Her behind-the-scenes knowledge of how a successful real estate business runs gives her a unique edge in today’s market.

Prior to her real estate career, Celeste spent 17 years as a flight attendant, where she developed a deep commitment to exceptional customer service, quick problem-solving, and staying calm under pressure—skills that continue to serve her well in the fast-paced world of real estate.
